Went in to celebrate with my mom! Hannah made our experience very pleasurable! She was very sweet, kind & personable. Had very good recommendations & enjoyed sharing one of the goblets & then INSANE milkshakes! Will definitely be back to see Hannah & will recommend to my friends & family to stop by at the Sugar Factory & see Hannah. Thank you for the great experience!!!

Promptly seated at the bar for dinner. We chose the bar because we were here 3 weeks ago and got great service from the bartender Alexandra. She answered all of our questions, gave excellent service, and she was very friendly. We can't recommend her highly enough. She made our experience perfect. Thank you!

Sierra our server was wonderful! The menu has a wide range of options, it’s currently February so it was valentines themed specials that were all adorable. My son loved the spicy Cheeto burger and Cookie Monster milk shake. The French onion soup is great too! A fun place to go out with friends or family for a special treat or celebration!

What a vibe. The energy was contagious. The music was great and the atmosphere was even better. The food was average, but the dessert presentation was by far extravagant and over the top!

This year our twins for the 1st time oped out of a birthday party and asked to go here,let me just say it was the best decision we made. From the moment of our arrival Alicia treated us as family and made our entire party feel so at ease with the order selections in everyway. She was extremely helpful and informative with the food and shakes selections they where absolutely delicious! The staff along with Alicia ended our visit with a grand finally by singing happy birthday to our twins with such energy that everyone in the restaurant sang along and sparked up the entire atmosphere. I cried at the smiles these wonderful people placed on our babies faces! Ty guys so much it was the best choice we made. Such an unforgettable experience!!

***if you have sound sensory issues do not come here*** I had a miserable experience but still gave them 5 stars because it’s not their fault. My server was amazing and for the most part my food was great, but I couldn’t really enjoy it because everything was so freaking loud. I sat inside at first and the restaurant music was fighting with the casino music on top of other guests talking over both sets of music. So then I sat on the “patio” which is the hallway to the casino thinking that one set of music would be less distressing but OMG!! I couldn’t even get my dessert because I physically could not handle how loud the music was anymore. It’s a wonderful place to try if you don’t have those issues. But even with my friend’s air pods my ears and overall body just could not handle it and I had to leave.

It's a little smoky because of the open area near the walkways. Also, they don't do all the dancing and things that the one in Orlando does. Now, that may have changed in Orlando. I actually haven't been in quite a while. Ok, anyway, the service is great, in regard to getting you in and out, but a little bit lacking in return to the table to check on drinks and such. The food was really quite good. I would rate it a bit above average. I will say the price is high so I expected the food to be better than just average. Aside from those few things, the food and service were both average or better. I probably wouldn't expect so much if the cost wasn't about double the cost of the same foods elsewhere. I would say this is a great place to try once. It is worth a visit, no doubt. But I would say I probably wouldn't go back.
